Refund policy
Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or replacements unless the product had a defect when received. All our products are handmade and curated to be of the highest quality, in the rare case that an order is shipped with a defect or damage, we will offer a refund or a replacement product if the defect is reported within 7 days after receiving the item along with photo proof and a complete description of the defect.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to origin. In case of a missing package on placed orders, we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. It is your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package. In the case of the customer request a refund for a damaged-upon-receipt item, you are requested to write us a full description of the damage and attach photos as proof within 7 days of receiving your order and explicitly ask for a refund. We will refund the cost of the items, minus any shipping costs incurred during the original purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace it for the same item, send us an email at orders@arcanasoaps.co.
